The story of our project

We are a husband-and-wife team, both doctors specializing in posturology. Every day, we help patients with posture-related issues and see how often the root of these problems stems from childhood. One day, while discussing this, we wondered: why do so many adults suffer from poor posture today? The answer became clear almost immediately—the issue lies in how the muscular system is formed during childhood.

We often notice that improperly selected furniture at an early age is a key factor contributing to incorrect posture development. When a child’s muscles are still flexible and adaptive, it’s crucial to guide their proper formation. Unfortunately, traditional children’s furniture rarely considers the specific needs of growing bodies. We asked ourselves: what if we could create furniture that is not only comfortable but also beneficial for a child’s health?

Around the same time, we learned about a project connected to the Olympic Games in France. In an effort to reduce the event’s carbon footprint, the organizers proposed using furniture made from recycled cardboard. This idea immediately captured our imagination! We realized we could combine care for children’s health with environmental responsibility by creating a unique product—safe, comfortable, and health-promoting children’s furniture made from cardboard.

This marked the birth of our concept: eco-friendly and health-conscious furniture that supports proper posture development. We designed furniture models that help children sit correctly, providing essential back support. We considered ergonomics and added a creative touch by allowing children to decorate and color their furniture, making the process of creating a cozy space both playful and imaginative.

Another important priority for us was to make the furniture safe, lightweight, yet durable. We wanted it to withstand active play without posing any risks to children. Our products are easy to move and assemble while remaining sturdy enough to last for years.

Finally, we selected two neutral colors that blend seamlessly into any interior, helping parents create a cozy environment for their children without disrupting the home’s style.

But that’s not all. Even our packaging is part of our thoughtful approach. The box is designed to transform into a play surface for children once unpacked! This gives kids an immediate opportunity to start playing as soon as they receive their furniture. We’ve also included coloring pages and crayons to keep the fun and creativity going beyond unboxing.

Our project isn’t just about children’s furniture. It’s about combining care for health and the environment in every detail. It’s about giving children the opportunity to express themselves and create a space that helps them grow strong and healthy.
